MRG has a wide range of waterjet capabilities with our 87K Flow waterjet. Our Flow jet is equipped with 87k psi of water pressure, a 6ft x 12ft table and a dynamic head to compensate for taper and lag, we can cut thick material with virtually no taper.
We are capable of cutting anything from glass to 9″ thick steel. We cut parts complete and also cut parts to be machined later. By waterjeting parts prior to being machined we can get over 30% – 50% more parts from the same size material in turn reducing the piece price of the part substantially.
